The short version: Yaydeck is for deciding things with people you know. Anything you type, generate, or share here should be something you'd be comfortable a stranger — or a child — stumbling across.
Any topic you type into Yaydeck's "type any topic" generator, and any deck you create and share publicly. Yaydeck has no accounts and no login, so these rules apply to everyone by default, not just people who've agreed to terms somewhere.
Adult topics between consenting adults you actually know (for example, restaurant or wine preferences, or private couples' conversations) aren't against these guidelines on their own — the line is illegality, harm, or content involving minors, not adult subject matter in general.
Publicly shared decks will have a report option once that feature ships. Until then — or for anything else, including something the AI generated — contact us directly and we'll look at it.
We review reports by hand. Content that breaks these guidelines gets removed, and the device it came from is blocked from creating new public decks. We aim to act on serious reports (anything involving minors, or illegal content) within 24 hours, and everything else within a few days.
